How the poker room generates revenues?
Poker is a game where players wager money against one another instead of other casino games where people play versus the house (blackjack or roulette ). The poker room is there to make money so they have to charge something for playing poker and here is where the Rake comes in. Rake is a percentage taken by the poker room from each pot generated in the game. Poker is a player versus player game, the poker room does not wager against its players, so this fee (Rake) is one of the mechanisms to generate revenues. Another mechanism to generate revenues would be, for example, the Tournaments fee.
Network Monthly Fee:
The Network monthly fee is deducted from the rake generated by your players. You don't have to pay money from your pocket to pay the monthly fee. The standard Network monthly fee is 15% (deducted from the rake generated by your players). The fee can be lower if you increase the number of players in your poker room.
What is gaming tax?
The gaming tax is a levy equivalent to approximately 5% of benefits to be paid, in most poker networks, by the owners of the cardrooms. This tax DOES NOT APPLY to owners of the poker rooms of our network. You DO NOT have to pay gaming tax with our poker network..
Why do I get charged payment processing fees and how much are these?
Financial institutions such as for e.g. Moneybookers, Neteller or Banks do charge fees on deposits and withdrawals of money. Our Network is a contractual partner with all payment methods offered. The fees vary occasionally, for the most recent fees please contact us. The fees are charged at cost, on a 1:1 ratio. The payment processing fees is deducted from the rake generated by your players. You don't have to pay money from your pocket to pay the payment processing fees.
EXAMPLE: How is my profit calculated?
Your profit is Gross Rake after deducting: Network Fee and the Payment Processing Fees.
For example, if your Gross Rake for one month was $50,000 and your payment processing fees are $3,000, your profit is calculated as follows:

- $7,500 (15% - Network Fee)
- $3,000 (Payment Processing Fees)

Your Profit is paid out Monthly through a payment method of your choice, such as bank wire, e-wallet (Neteller, Moneybookers...), or a poker account.
Affiliates / Tournaments / Bonuses / Rakeback - Are all these expenses compulsory?
No, it is your decision whether you want to offer any of those incentives to your players.
